How is the implantation performed?
The implantation is performed in one or two phases. In the case of a 2-phase treatment, the implant is first placed and covered with the gums. About 1.5 to 2 months later, when the implant is fused with the bone, a second procedure is performed under local anesthesia and the head is placed on the implant. In the single phase procedure both the implant and the head are placed in one treatment.

Fast & Fixed is a comprehensive system based on immediate implant placement in the toothless jaw, developed by Bredent Sky implants. It ensures extraction, implant placement and dental recovery on the same day.

What is periodontology?
Periodontology is the science that deals with the tissues around the teeth, inflammatory diseases and their treatment.

Periodontitis is an inflammatory disease characterized by the destruction of external and supportive tissues (periodontal ligament, cement, alveolar bone). Gingivitis has evolved to the alveolar bone (jaw bone). The main cause of periodontitis is bacterial inflammation and can often be treated manually. However, genetic, environmental and systematic factors can also contribute to the development of the disease. Systemic factors are diabetes, cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, down syndrome, AIDS and blood diseases. Bleeding gums are often the first symptom of periodontitis. The gum is red, swollen and shiny. Often these symptoms are accompanied by bad breath, rash, and tooth sensitivity.

Dental radiographs are the most important helpers in the diagnosis of intraoral diseases,  especially those associated with hard tissue such as the jaw bone.

In our clinics we can thoroughly investigate the problems that occur in the teeth of our patients using advanced x-ray systems.

This is a technique that can be used in patients who cannot use a prosthesis due to excessive bone loss and where the patient can receive a temporary prosthesis within a day. Bone dissolution is usually less in the front area. With this technique, the patient can use the temporary prosthesis on the same day because in this anterior area ther is sufficient bone for the implants. Depending on the availability and the density of the jaw bone, 4 or 6 implants are used. Permanent dentures are applied after 3-4 months.

Invisalign treatment is an orthodontic treatment, with the only difference that it is possible to correct the teeth without wires. The patient and the doctor approve the production by seeing what the teeth will be like at the end of the treatment in three-dimensional models. This way you can create your own smile design with our doctor. At the end of the treatment you will not encounter any unwanted results or surprises and you will not be disappointed.

Laminating the teeth - porcelain

When laminating teeth (by means of porcelain) a healthy and natural tooth image is obtained in a very short time. Laminated teeth are aesthetic restorations that do not require complete treatment of the teeth, but only placement of porcelain on top of the teeth.

In which cases is laminating the teeth by means of sheet porcelain suitable;

* Color differences between teeth and in case of tooth deformations,
* For people whose teeth are not straight, but do not want an orthodontic brace,

* For people with large front teeth or a fracture of the front teeth,
* For people with divergent front teeth who are dissatisfied with the appearance of the front teeth,
* It can be applied to our patients who want a more aesthetic smile in combination with a gum surgery and in cases where gums appear too much when they smile.

Zirconium teeth porcelain

Those who are not satisfied with the appearance of their teeth and their smile can have the desired natural teeth and smile with zirconium porcelain teeth, realized with CAD-CAM systems. Zirconium, which is successfully used in other branches of medicine, has been used in many areas of dentistry since 2000.

Benefits of zirconium teeth in aesthetic dentistry

* It is one of the most aesthetic materials used in dentistry.

* Thanks to the light-transmitting function, the texture of natural teeth is completely simulated. Although a healthy tooth enamel transmits light completely, metals used under porcelain teeth can create an opaque appearance in porcelain teeth. The problem of lifeless looking teeth, especially in sunshine and photographic flashes, has been solved in zirconium teeth.

* Compatibility with gums is much better than with traditional metal substrate porcelain. Gingival bruises that are commonly seen in gum disease or gum withdrawal play no role in zirconium dental porcelain.

* Non-allergic, tissue-friendly material.

* Thermal insulation qualities are very good because they prevent the sensitivity to cold and heat.

* Zirconium porcelain has a resistance of 900 megapascal. Thanks to these functions, they can be used very easily in the rear teeth. It is strong, aesthetic and translucent. It is a high-tech material that can be used safely on both the front and rear teeth.

* Zirconium causes no metal allergy due to the absence of metal in the porcelain.

* Zirconium teeth do not cause a change in taste because they contain no metal and do not cause odor.

* No plaque build-up due to the smooth porcelain surface on the outside. It is not affected by tooth-coloring substances such as tea and coffee. The color of the zirconium dental porcelain remains constant.

* Like normal teeth, zirconium teeth are brushed. If the dentist regularly performs periodic check-ups, problems that can occur with dental porcelain made of zirconium are dertermined in time and the necessary precautions can be taken.

* A definitive time can not be given, but zirconium porcelain can be used for many years if regular dental checkups are performed.
